By accessing or using Tumble Fitness Market ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including customers, coaches, gym/studio owners and corporate clients.

Tumble Fitness Market is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent fitness professionals, coaches, trainers, nutritionists and wellness experts ("Coaches").

We facilitate the discovery, booking and payment for fitness services. We are not a fitness service provider ourselves — Coaches are independent professionals who use our platform to offer their services.

Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. For Kids Fitness programs, accounts must be created by a parent or guardian.

Account Security: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email with session details.

Pricing: All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. We do not store card details.

Coach Payments: Coaches receive their earnings after deduction of our platform commission. Payouts are processed weekly.

Customer Cancellations: • Cancellation 24+ hours before session: Full refund • Cancellation within 24 hours: 50% refund or session credit • No-show: No refund

Coach Cancellations: • If a coach cancels, customers receive a full refund or the option to reschedule • Repeated cancellations by coaches may result in account suspension

Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to coach availability.

Coaches using our platform agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their qualifications and experience • Hold valid certifications for the services they offer • Complete KYC verification as required • Conduct sessions professionally and punctually • Not solicit customers to transact outside the platform • Comply with all applicable laws and professional standards • Maintain appropriate insurance where required

Users must not:

• Provide false information or impersonate others • Circumvent the platform to conduct off-platform transactions • Post fake reviews or manipulate ratings • Harass, abuse or threaten other users • Upload illegal, harmful or inappropriate content • Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

Tumble Fitness Market is a marketplace platform. We are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety or legality of services provided by Coaches • Any injury, illness or harm resulting from fitness activities • Disputes between customers and coaches • Loss of data or service interruptions

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Medical Disclaimer: Fitness activities carry inherent risks. Consult a qualified medical professional before starting any fitness program, particularly if you have health conditions.

All content on the platform — including logos, text, graphics, software and data — is owned by or licensed to Tumble Fitness Market. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

Coaches retain ownership of their original content (workout plans, videos, etc.) but grant us a licence to display it on the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

For disputes involving amounts under ₹50,000, we encourage resolution through our internal dispute process before approaching courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
